Unable to sell their Factor 8 in the US, Bayer, with the FDA’s permission, (yes that’s right, the FDA allowed Bayer to potentially kill thousands) sold this HIV infected medicine to Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore after February 1984, according to the documents obtained by the NY Times.

Medical Authority’s System Kills: FDA-Approved Drugs Kill over 100,000 People Annually

Greed, fraud, and corruption within Big Pharma and the FDA are the constructs of deception, with the mantle of authority leading to over 100,000 Americans deaths each year from correctly prescribed FDA approved pharmaceutical drugs.

That’s an earlier conservative figure based on Dr. Barbara Starfield’s study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association July 26, 2000, “Is US health really the best in the world?”

And that doesn’t include those who are sickened, needing more medications from side effects, hospitalization, or years of rehab for crippling adverse “side effects.” Nor does it include the effects from over-the-counter (OTC) drugs that lead to an almost equivalent number of casualties as their prescribed counterparts.


How the Medical Mafia Maintains its Monopoly

The FDA-Big Pharma partnership scheme calls for long trials involving cruel animal testing and testing on humans with their placebo control groups. The real problem is that the pharmaceutical companies pay for all this and conduct the trials themselves. This expense keeps effective, safe natural medicines from private individuals and small providers out of the FDA approval loop.

The big boys make their own reports for FDA approval, often paying ghost writers to create favorable medical journal reports that medical professionals sign off for a significant fee. Then Big Pharma pays the FDA a fee for approval. And to top it all off, many FDA “consultants” are Big Pharma insiders with financial ties whose careers depend on that big corporate/government revolving door. All of these situations are corrupt signals.

Even former New England Journal of Medicine editor and author of The Truth about Drug Companies, Dr. Marcia Angell, threw up her arms in disgust and declared “It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines.”

Other Pharmaceutical Testing Flaws

An FDA approved substance is a deception that leads most everyone to think the drug they’re taking is safe. But even if taken according to instructions, that’s probably not true. ”Evidence based medicine” is the arrogant assertion while accusing alternative healers of fraud or lacking science. But what do they consider scientific?

Large scale studies reduce people to improbable statistics. Here’s an example: A shoe company in NYC surveys the foot sizes of 10,000 men, women, and children. Then they take the average size, make all their shoes that size and market them throughout the country. One size does not fit all.

Also, the magnitude and expense of these large studies preclude repeating any tests. But scientific methodology requires the ability to repeat an experiment with the same results.


Another aspect of Big Pharma’s reportage includes good editing. Adverse effects, non-efficacy situations, can and are often left out. Long term studies on humans are shunned.

The FDA doesn’t bother investigating until well after marketing and large real-life casualties and lawsuits pile up. By then, the pharmaceutical companies have made their money.

Actor-comedian George Burns once said, “The secret of acting is sincerity. If you can fake that, you’ve got it made.” Faked sincerity from pompous authoritative positions is what the Medical Mafia uses to promote their lies to a naive public or attack alternative systems of healing.


Keeping the Real Medicines Out of the Loop

Researchers and research universities are financial beneficiaries from large scale studies. Alternative methods for treating cancer have more living proof, which is documented, of efficacy and safety than anything Big Pharma has created for its lost war on cancer.

Natural healing modalities were first based on scientific investigative analysis, which was then repeated consistently with greater success among actual patients with virtually no adverse effects.

It’s common for many alternative healers’ documents proving efficacy to be stolen or burned. Large vested medical institutions routinely test their protocols incorrectly to “prove” they don’t work or simply lie outright.

Independent studies from smaller, alternative sources are consistently refused from medical journal publications. Medical journals don’t make nearly as much money from underfunded resources as they do from Big Pharma’s glossy ads.

These are the rotten fruits of a profit motivated medical system and media that deceptively rules modern medicine with both cunning and an iron fist, and the mainstream media complies to maintain its pharmaceutical advertising revenue.

Worshiping authority blindly is one of mankind’s greatest weaknesses that is leading to self-destruction.

Quackity quack: Eight evil genius ways to fake a vitamin study (and scare consumers into being afraid of fish oils)

Quackity quack, the quacks are back, and this time they're targeting fish oil supplements, claiming that taking fish oils raises your risk of prostate cancer.

Hogwash. This is just another case of pure fearmongering quackery by the anti-vitamin crowd. Remember: All these people attacking vitamins are the very same people who are on the take from Big Pharma. Remember, too, that companies like GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) have already been convicted of multiple felony crimes by the U.S. Department of Justice. And today in China, GSK was caught yet again engaging in widespread bribery and criminal fraud.

Quack science trick #1) Run the vitamin study on people who are already diseased

I've seen this numerous times, with vitamin studies being done on people who are in critical care situations with heart attacks, for example. On their death beds, they're given things like vitamin E, so that when an alarmingly high percentage of them die, the quacksters can blame the vitamins!

If you really dig deep into many of these fearmongering studies that try to discredit vitamins, you'll find they were conducted on people who were already about to croak. ...or quack.


Quack science trick #2) Run the vitamin study using synthetic, low-quality vitamins made by pharmaceutical companies

Here's another favorite tactic: Instead of using high-quality fish oils or vitamin E, researchers source the most low-grade, synthetic chemical crap they can find. Then they call it vitamin E, or fish oils, or whatever they want.

It turns out there are no rules whatsoever regarding the vitamin labels researchers can use to describe substances. They can literally take human sewage sludge, dry it into a powder, encapsulate it into a pill, then call it a "vitamin B-12 supplement."

And then -- OMG! -- vitamin B-12 has been "scientifically" found to make people sick! See how easy it is?


Quack science trick #3) Kick everybody out of the study whose health improves

When real vitamins are used for these studies (which is rare), they tend to make people experience improved health outcomes. So what quack researchers do to make sure their study results look really scary is to kick all the healthy people out of the study, thereby "shaping the data" into whatever results they want.

How do you kick healthy people out of a study? You simply find their record in the study spreadsheet or database and then hit delete. It's that simple. And it happens every day in the quacked-up, fraud-infested "science" being paid for by Big Pharma in order to try to discredit vitamins (and thereby make people default to prescription medications instead).


Quack science trick #4) Just fabricate all the data

Why bother even recruiting people into a study? As Big Pharma researchers have already been caught doing over and over again, all you really have to do is fabricate the entire study by inventing all the data.

Take the case of Dr. Scott Reuben as a prime example. This "superstar" Big Pharma researcher took a bundle of money from Pfizer and other drug companies ($420,000 in all), then proceeded to fabricate dozens of studies which were then published in "peer-reviewed" medical journals. The Wall Street Journal even reported on all this, along with hundreds of other media outlets.

Dr. Reuben was ultimately found to have been faking pro-pharma research data for 13 years. Quackity quack! And he's not alone. In fact, the faking of research to discredit vitamins while downplaying the serious health risks of pharmaceuticals is routine across the industry.

And the medical journals are all in on the scam, too, because they're all financially supported by drug company ads! Quackery has never been so profitable...


Quack science trick #5) Combine vitamins with pharmaceuticals, then blame the vitamins

Here's another popular ploy used by researchers to discredit vitamins: In addition to giving study subjects a vitamin pill, also give 'em something really toxic such as a statin drug.

But don't mention the statin drug in the study; just focus on how many people were "harmed by the vitamin." Sure, the subjects got sick, but no one is ever told the real reason why.

Are there researchers who will LIE like this in "scientific" studies? Umm... do politicians break campaign promises? Of course they do. Anything to get money or power.


Quack science trick #6) Find a source of cheap vitamins contaminated with heavy metals

Heavy metals like arsenic can also be readily found in some low-grade, cheap sources of nutritional supplements (often made by drug companies, it turns out).

For example, cheap sources of calcium are often contaminated with lead. Cheap sources of seaweeds are often contaminated with arsenic. Cadmium is also easy to find in certain low-grade supplements. Somehow, apparently as if by magic, researchers always manage to find the most heavily-contaminated made-in-China supplements to use in their quack smear studies (which are really engineered smear campaigns).

Notice, by the way, that they never disclose the actual metals content of their supplements. Rarely do they ever disclose the country of origin, either. That's because they're sourcing these "poison pills" from China, and actually searching for the most toxic pills they can find.


Quack science trick #7) Play mind games with study subjects

Many studies that are claimed to be "double-blind" really aren't. The researchers secretly know exactly which study subjects are receiving the pills vs. placebo.

And in the case of these vitamin researchers -- who actually set out from the start to discredit vitamins and fish oils -- they can then proceed to influence the results by playing mind games with the patients.

For example, they can tell the people who receive placebo that they're actually receiving "the good stuff" and should expect to get better. Their minds make it real, and they get better, thereby discrediting the vitamin itself which looks overshadowed by placebo.

Or they can tell the people receiving the vitamin that they are actually "receiving a placebo," so they shouldn't expect to get any better. Their minds make it real, downplaying the biochemical benefits of the vitamin, thereby making the vitamin look useless.

They use the same mind games all the time to show positive results from prescription medications. In fact, the placebo effect is the only thing really going for many prescription drugs such as antidepressants.


Quack science trick #8) Package the pills in a toxic capsule, or use toxic excipients or fillers

Here's how the recent study bashing fish oils was probably pulled off: the fish oil CAPSULE can be specially formulated to contain highly-toxic hormone-disrupting cancer-causing chemicals such as BPA.

You can actually formulate fish oil capsules to contain "plasticizers" by sourcing them from a factory in China. They will be glad to manufacture fish oil capsules with 10,000 times more BPA than they might normally have, thereby slamming the prostate gland with a cancer-causing, tumor-growing hormone chemical that's well known to cause cancer.

This will never be detected because nobody working at the medical journals (nor in the mainstream media) actually conducts any quality control tests on the substances used in the study. They just assume the researchers are acting with integrity... and that's often not the case.

Formulating fish oil pills to cause cancer is a no-brainer, especially if you've got financial connections to the same global drug cartels that are running bribery schemes in countries like China -- and this was just confirmed yet again by the Chinese Government.

#1 According to a study conducted by the Mayo Clinic, 70 percent of Americans are on at least one prescription drug.  An astounding 20 percent of all Americans are on at least five prescription drugs.

#2 According to the CDC, approximately 9 out of every 10 Americans that are at least 60 years of age say that they have taken at least one prescription drug within the last month.

#3 The 11 largest pharmaceutical companies combined to rake in approximately $85,000,000,000 in profits in 2012.

#4 During 2013, Americans will spend more than 280 billion dollars on prescription drugs.

#5 According to Alternet, last year “11 of the 12 new-to-market drugs approved by the Food and Drug Administration were priced above $100,000 per-patient per-year”.

#6 The CDC says that spending on prescription drugs more than doubled between 1999 and 2008.

#7 Many prescription drugs cost about twice as much in the United States as they do in other countries.

#8 One study found that more than 20 percent of all American adults are taking at least one drug for “psychiatric” or “behavioral” disorders.

#9 The percentage of women taking antidepressants in America is higher than in any other country in the world.

#10 Children in the United States are three times more likely to be prescribed antidepressants than children in Europe are.

#11 A shocking Government Accountability Office report discovered that approximately one-third of all foster children in the United States are on at least one psychiatric drug.  In fact, the report found that many states seem to be doping up foster children as a matter of course.  Just check out these stunning statistics…

In Texas, foster children were 53 times more likely to be prescribed five or more psychiatric medications at the same time than non-foster children. In Massachusetts, they were 19 times more likely. In Michigan, the number was 15 times. It was 13 times in Oregon. And in Florida, foster children were nearly four times as likely to be given five or more psychotropic medications at the same time compared to non-foster children.

#12 In 2010, the average teen in the U.S. was taking 1.2 central nervous system drugs.  Those are the kinds of drugs which treat conditions such as ADHD and depression.

#13 The total number of Americans taking antidepressants doubled between 1996 and 2005.

#14 All of those antidepressants don’t seem to be working too well.  The suicide rate for Americans between the ages of 35 and 64 rose by close to 30 percent between 1999 and 2010.  The number of Americans that are killed by suicide now exceeds the number of Americans that die as a result of car accidents.

#15 According to the National Household Survey on Drug Abuse, 36 million Americans have abused prescription drugs at some point in their lives.

#16 A survey conducted for the National Institute on Drug Abuse found that more than 15 percent of all U.S. high school seniors abuse prescription drugs.

#17 According to the CDC, approximately three quarters of a million people a year are rushed to emergency rooms in the United States because of adverse reactions to pharmaceutical drugs.

#18 According to the Los Angeles Times, drug deaths (mostly caused by prescription drugs) are climbing at an astounding rate….

Drug fatalities more than doubled among teens and young adults between 2000 and 2008, years for which more detailed data are available. Deaths more than tripled among people aged 50 to 69, the Times analysis found. In terms of sheer numbers, the death toll is highest among people in their 40s.

#19 In the United States today, prescription painkillers kill more Americans than heroin and cocaine combined.

#20 Each year, tens of billions of dollars is spent on pharmaceutical marketing in the United States alone.

The American people deserve better than that.  Every year, the United States spends more on health care than Japan, Germany, France, China, the U.K., Italy, Canada, Brazil, Spain and Australia combined.  In fact, if the U.S. health care system was a separate nation it would be the 6th largest economy on the entire planet.

Big Pharma Criminality no Longer a Conspiracy Theory: Bribery, Fraud, Price Fixing now a matter of public record

Those of us who have long been describing the pharmaceutical industry as a "criminal racket" over the last few years have been wholly vindicated by recent news.

 Drug and vaccine manufacturer Merck was caught red-handed by two of its own scientists faking vaccine efficacy data by spiking blood samples with animal antibodies. GlaxoSmithKline has just been fined a whopping $3 billion for bribing doctors, lying to the FDA, hiding clinical trial data and fraudulent marketing. Pfizer, meanwhile has been sued by the nation's pharmacy retailers for what is alleged as an "overarching anticompetitive scheme" to keep generic cholesterol drugs off the market and thereby boost its own profits.

The picture that's emerging is one of a criminal drug industry that has turned to mafia tactics in the absence of any real science that would prove their products to be safe or effective. The emergence of this extraordinary evidence of bribery, scientific fraud, lying to regulators and monopolistic practices that harm consumers is also making all those doctors and "skeptics" who defended Big Pharma and vaccines eat their words.

To defend Big Pharma today is to defend a cabal of criminal corporations that have proven they will do anything -- absolutely anything -- to keep their profits rolling in. It makes no difference who they have to bribe, what studies they have to falsify, or who has to be threatened into silence. They will stop at nothing to expand their profit base, even if it means harming (or killing) countless innocents.

Let's take a look at recent revelations:

GlaxoSmithKline pleads guilty to bribery, fraud and other crimes

It what is now the largest criminal fraud settlement ever to come out of the pharmaceutical industry, GlaxoSmithKline has pleaded guilty and agreed to pay $1 billion in criminal fines and $2 billion in civil fines following a nine-year federal investigation into its activities.

According to U.S. federal investigators, GlaxoSmithKline:

• Routinely bribed doctors with luxury vacations and paid speaking gigs

• Fabricated drug safety data and lied to the FDA

• Defrauded Medicare and Medicaid out of billions

• Deceived regulators about the effectiveness of its drugs

• Relied on its deceptive practices to earn billions of dollars selling potentially dangerous drugs to unsuspecting consumers and medical patients

And this is just the part they got caught doing. GSK doesn't even deny any of this. The company simply paid the $3 billion fine, apologized to its customers, and continued conducting business as usual.

By the way, in addition to bribing physicians, GSK has plenty of money to spread around bribing celebrities and others who pimps its products. The company reportedly paid $275,000 to the celebrity doctor known as "Dr. Drew," who promoted Glaxo's mind-altering antidepressant drug Wellbutrin. 

In June 1999, popular radio personality Dr. Drew Pinsky used the airwaves to extol the virtues of GlaxoSmithKline PLC's antidepressant Wellbutrin, telling listeners he prescribes it and other medications to depressed patients because it "may enhance or at least not suppress sexual arousal" as much as other antidepressants do. But one thing listeners didn't know was that, two months before the program aired, Dr. Pinsky -- who gained fame as "Dr. Drew" during years co-hosting a popular radio sex-advice show "Loveline" -- received the second of two payments from Glaxo totaling $275,000 for "services for Wellbutrin." 

Merck falsified vaccine data, spiked blood samples and more, say former employees 

According to former Merck virologists Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, the company: 

• "Falsified test data to fabricate a vaccine efficacy rate of 95 percent or higher."

• Spiked the blood test with animal antibodies in order to artificially inflate the appearance of immune system antibodies.

• Pressured the two virologists to "participate in the fraud and subsequent cover-up."
• Used the falsified trial results to swindle the U.S. government out of "hundreds of millions of dollars for a vaccine that does not provide adequate immunization."
• Intimidated the scientists, threatening them with going to jail unless they stayed silent.


Millions of children put at risk by Merck

In that document the two virologists say they, "witnessed firsthand the improper testing and data falsification in which Merck engaged to artificially inflate the vaccine's efficacy findings."

They also claim that because of the faked vaccine results, "the United States has over the last decade paid Merck hundreds of millions of dollars for a vaccine that does not provide adequate immunization... The United States is by far the largest financial victim of Merck's fraud."

They go on to point out that children are the real victims, however:
"But the ultimate victims here are the millions of children who every year are being injected with a mumps vaccine that is not providing them with an adequate level of protection. ...The failure in Merck's vaccine has allowed this disease to linger with significant outbreaks continuing to occur."

Merck's mumps viral strain is 45 years old!

According to the complaint, Merck has been using the same mumps strain -- weakened from generations of being "passaged" -- for the last 45 years! The complaint reads:

"For more than thirty years, Merck has had an exclusive license from the FDA to manufacture and sell a mumps vaccine in the U.S. The FDA first approved the vaccine in 1967. It was developed by Dr. Maurice Hilleman, at Merck's West Point research facility, from the mumps virus that infected his five year-old daughter Jeryl Lynn. Merck continues to use this 'Jeryl Lynn' strain of the virus for its vaccine today."

A complete medical farce

This information appears to show Merck's mumps vaccine to be a complete medical farce. Those who blindly backed Merck's vaccines -- the science bloggers, "skeptics," doctors, CDC and even the FDA -- have been shown to be utter fools who have now destroyed their reputations by siding with an industry now known to be dominated by scientific fraud and unbounded criminality.

That's the really hilarious part in all this: After decades of doctors, scientists and government authorities blindly and brainlessly repeating the mantra of "95% effectiveness," it all turns out to be total quackery hogwash. Utterly fabricated. Quackety-quack quack. And all those hundreds of millions of Americans who lined up to be injected with MMR vaccines were all repeatedly and utterly conned into potentially harming themselves while receiving no medical benefit.

Merck fraudulently misrepresented the efficacy of its vaccine and contributed to the spread of infectious disease, says lawsuit

The faked vaccine efficacy numbers aren't the only troubles Merck is now facing. Shortly after the above False Claims Act was made public, Chatom Primary Care filed suit against Merck. That document is available from NaturalNews.

• [Merck engaged in] ...a decade-long scheme to falsify and misrepresent the true efficacy of its vaccine.

• Merck fraudulently represented and continues to falsely represent in its labeling and elsewhere that its Mumps Vaccine has an efficacy rate of 95 percent of higher.

• Merck knows and has taken affirmative steps to conceal -- by using improper testing techniques and falsifying test data -- that its Mumps Vaccine is, and has been since at least 1999, far less than 95 percent effective.

• Merck designed a testing methodology that evaluated its vaccine against a less virulent strain of the mumps virus. After the results failed to yield Merck's desired efficacy, Merck abandoned the methodology and concealed the study's findings.

• Merck also engaged in "incorporating the use of animal antibodies to artificially inflate the results... destroying evidence of the falsified data and then lying to an FDA investigator... threatened a virologist in Merck's vaccine division with jail if he reported the fraud to the FDA."

• "Merck designed a testing methodology that evaluated its vaccine against a less virulent strain of the mumps virus. After the results failed to yield Merck's desired efficacy, Merck abandoned the methodology and concealed the study's findings. [Then] Merck designed even more scientifically flawed methodology, this time incorporating the use of animal antibodies to artificially inflate the results, but it too failed to achieve Merck's fabricated efficacy rate. Confronted with two failed methodologies, Merck then falsified the test data to guarantee the results it desired. Having achieved the desired, albeit falsified, efficacy threshold, Merck submitted these fraudulent results to the FDA and European Medicines Agency."

• "Merck took steps to cover up the tracks of its fraudulent testing by destroying evidence of the falsified data and then lying to an FDA investigator... Merck also attempted to buy the silence and cooperation of its staff by offering them financial incentives to follow the direction of Merck personnel overseeing the fraudulent testing process. Merck also threatened... Stephen Krahling, a virologist in Merck's vaccine division from 1999 to 2001, with jail if he reported fraud to the FDA."

Obama administration has zero interest in actual justice

Another interesting note in all this is that under President Obama, the U.S. Dept. of Justice showed no interest whatsoever in investigating Merck over the False Claims Act filed by two of its former virologists. Despite the convincing evidence of fraud described in detail by insider whistleblowers, the Obama Department of Justice, led by gun-running Attorney General Eric Holder who is already facing serious questions over Operation Fast and Furious, simply chose to ignore the False Claims Act complaint.

When evidence of criminal fraud was brought before the U.S. Department of Justice, in other words, the DoJ looked the other way with a wink and a nod to the medical crimes taking place right under their noses. Who cares if tens of millions of children are being injected year after year with a fraudulent mumps vaccine? There's money to be made, after all, and exploiting the bodies of little children for profit is just business as usual in a fascist nation dominated by corporate interests.

Pfizer sued by retailers over anticompetitive scheme

Adding to all this, Pfizer has now been sued by five U.S. retailers (pharmacies) who accuse the company of monopolistic market practices. According to the lawsuit, Pfizer conspired to prevent generic versions of its blockbuster cholesterol drug Lipitor from entering the market. This was done to protect billions in profits while making sure patients did not have access to more affordable cholesterol drugs. Pfizer sells nearly $10 billion worth of Lipitor each year.

According to the Reuters report on this lawsuit, Pfizer is being accused of  

• Obtaining a fraudulent patent
• Engaging in sham litigation
• Entering a price-fixing agreement to delay cheaper generics
• Entering arrangements with pharmacy benefit managers to force retailers to buy more Lipitor (chemical name is atorvastatin calcium)



No arrests or prosecution of Big Pharma executives

One of the most astonishing realizations in all this is that given all the criminal fraud, bribery, misrepresentation, lying to the FDA, price fixing and other crimes that are going on in the pharmaceutical industry, you'd think somebody somewhere might be arrested and charged with a crime, right?
Nope.

To date, not a single pharmaceutical CEO, marketing employee or drug rep has been charged with anything related to all this fraud. In America, drug company employees are "above the law" just like top mafia bosses of a bygone era.

How insane is this, exactly? Consider this:
Imagine if YOU, an individual, went around town bribing doctors, falsifying data, selling a fraudulent product to the government, lying to regulators, engaging in anti-trade price-fixing and threatening your employees into silence. What would happen to you?

You'd probably wind up rotting in prison, the subject of an FBI investigation and a DoJ prosecution.

So why is it okay for a multi-billion-dollar corporation to carry out these same crimes and get away with it? Why are the CEOs of top drug companies given a free pass to commit felony crimes and endless fraud?

I'll tell you why, and you're not gonna like the answer: Because America has become a nation run by crooks for the benefit of crooks. It's one big country club, and as comedian George Carlin used to say, "YOU ain't in it!"

If Big Pharma would falsify data on vaccines, what else would the industry do?
I hope you're getting the bigger picture in all this, friends. If these drug companies routinely bribe doctors, falsify data, defraud the government and commit felony crimes without remorse, what else would they be willing to do for profit?


Would they:

• Falsify efficacy data on other prescription drugs?
• Exploit children for deadly vaccine trials?
• Invent fictitious diseases to sell more drugs?
• Unleash bioweapons to cause a profitable pandemic?
• Conspire with the CDC to spread fear to promote vaccinations?
• Silence whistleblowers who try to go public with the truth?
• Give people cancer via stealth viruses in vaccines?
• Destroy the careers of medical scientists who question Big Pharma?
• Force a medical monopoly on the entire U.S. population via socialist health care legislation?

But of course they would. In fact, the industry is doing all those things right now. And if you don't believe me, just remember that five years ago, no one believed me when I said drug companies were engaged in criminal conspiracies to defraud the nation -- something that has now been proven over a nine-year investigation.
