US General Cartwright has been indicted for espionage

While the world focuses on Washington’s pursuit of NSA whistleblower Ed Snowden, another much more high ranking member of the US power structure has been indicted for espionage this week…

US General James Cartwright was regarded by Washington insiders as ‘Obama’s General’, and now he’s facing prosecution for blowing the whistle on ‘Operation Olympic Games’ which planted the Stuxnet and Flame viruses in Iranian nuclear facilities in order derail Iran’s civilian nuclear program. At closer examination, it appears that Cartwright’s revelations didn’t so much harm US interests per say, but they hindered Israeli ambitions towards a war with Iran.

But why espionage? What is the line between “whistleblowing” and “espionage” in America today?

Journalist Thierry Meyssan give us a historical perspective and tells is what it really means…


While the international press plays up the information leaked by Edward Snowden as a revelation concerning the PRISM surveillance program, feigning to have discovered what everyone should already have known for a long time, Thierry Meyssan, is particularly curious about the meaning of this rebellion. From this perspective, he attaches more importance to the case of General Cartwright, who has also been indicted for espionage.

Are American public servants, civilian or military, who face a minimum of 30 years in prison for revealing U.S. state secrets to the press “whistleblowers” exercising power in a democratic system, or are they “resistors to oppression” at the hands of a military-police dictatorship?

The answer to this question does not depend on our own political opinions, but on the nature of the U.S. government. The answer completely changes if we focus on the case of Bradley Manning, the young leftist Wikileaks soldier, or if we consider that of General Cartwright, military adviser to President Obama, indicted Thursday, 27 June 2013, for spying.

Here, a look back is needed to understand how one shifts from “espionage” in favor of a foreign power, to “disloyalty” to a criminal organization that employs you.


Worse than censorship: the criminalization of sources

The President of the United States and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Woodrow Wilson, tried to confer on the Executive branch the power to censor the press when “national security” or “the reputation of the government” are in play. In his speech on State of the Union (7th of December 1915), he said:

“There are citizens of the United States … who have poured the poison of disloyalty into the very arteries of our national life, who tried to drag the authority and reputation of our government in contempt … to destroy our industries … and degrade our policy in favor of foreign intrigue …. We are without adequate federal laws …. I urge you to do nothing less than save the honor and self-respect of the nation. Such creatures of passion, disloyalty, and anarchy must be crushed.”

However, Congress did not heed him immediately. After the U.S. entry into the war, it passed the Espionage Act, taking in most of the British Official Secrets Act. It was no longer a matter of censoring the press, but of cutting off access to information by muzzling the custodians of state secrets. This device allows the Anglo-Saxons to present themselves as “defenders of freedom of expression“, though they are the worst violators of the democratic right to information, constitutionally defended by the Scandinavian countries.


Silence, not secrecy

Thus, the Anglo-Americans are less informed about what is happening at home than are foreigners. For example, during World War II, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada managed to keep under wraps something as big as the Manhattan Project, that created the first nuclear bomb, while it employed 130,000 people for 4 years and it was widely penetrated by foreign intelligence services. Why? Because Washington did not prepare the weapon for this war, but for the next, against the Soviet Union. As shown by Russian historians, the abdication of Japan was postponed until after Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed as a warning to the USSR. If Americans had known that their country possessed such a weapon, their leaders would have had to use it to finish with Germany and not to threaten the Soviet ally at the expense of the Japanese. In reality, the Cold War began before the end of World War II [1].

In terms of secrecy, it should be noted that Stalin and Hitler were informed of the Manhattan Project from its inception. They indeed had inside agents. Meanwhile Truman was informed in his capacity as vice president, but only at the last moment, after the death of President Roosevelt.


The real utility of the Espionage Act

In any event, the Espionage Act deals only secondarily with espionage as shown by its jurisprudence.

In wartime, it is used to punish dissent. Thus, in 1919, the Supreme Court recognized in Schrenck v. United States andAbrams v. United States that calling for insubordination or non-intervention against the Russian Revolution fell under theEspionage Act.
In peacetime, the same law serves to prevent public officials from exposing a system of fraud or crimes committed by the state, even if their revelations are already known, but not yet proven.

Under the administration of Barack Obama, the Espionage Act has been invoked 8 times, a peacetime record. Let’s put aside the case of John Kiriakou, a CIA officer who revealed the detention and torture of Abu Zubaydah. Far from being a hero, Kiriakou is actually an agent provocateur funded by the Agency, whose role it was to delude the public regarding pseudo-confessions extorted from Zubaydah to justify, a posteriori, the “fight against terrorism“ [2].
Let’s also eliminate the case of Shamal Leibowitz, since his revelations were never released to the public. There remain six cases instructing us about the U.S. military-police system.
Stephen Jin-Woo Kim confirmed to Fox News that North Korea was preparing a nuclear test regardless of U.S. threats; a confirmation that caused no harm to the USA other than pointing out their inability to be obeyed by North Korea. In another context, this information had already been released by Bob Woodward without provoking reactions.

Andrew Thomas Drake revealed the mismanagement of the Trailblazer program to a member of the U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee. He was alleged to have informed those congressmen tasked with keeping an eye on the intelligence agencies with regard to the billions that the NSA was secretly throwing out the window. Trailblazer sought to find a way to plant viruses on any computer or mobile phone. It has never worked.

In a similar vein, Edward Snowden, an employee of the Booz Allen Hamilton technology consulting firm, published various NSA documents attesting to U.S. spying in China as well as on the guests of the British G20. Above all, he has revealed the scope of the military phone tapping and internet spy system, which no one can escape, not even the President of the United States. U.S. politicians described Snowden as “a traitor to kill” only because his documents prevent the NSA from continuing to deny before Congress activities long known to all.

Bradley Manning, a simple soldier, sent to Wikileaks videos of two blunders by the army, 500,000 intelligence reports on military bases in Afghanistan and Iraq, and 250,000 cables on the information gathered by U.S. diplomats in conversations with foreign politicians. None of this is of paramount importance, but the documentation projects a poor image of ​​the gossip collected by the State Department to serve as the basis for its “diplomacy.”

Jeffrey Alexander Sterling is a CIA employee who revealed “Operation Merlin” to the New York Times. More surprisingly, General James Cartwright was number two man in the military, in his capacity as Vice-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and so close an advisor to the President as to be dubbed “Obama’s general“. He supposedly revealed “Operation Olympic Games” to the New York Times last year and has been placed under investigation, according to CNN.
Sterling and Cartwright don’t buy into the Israeli myth of “the atomic bomb of the mullahs.” So they tried to defuse the war into which Tel Aviv is trying to plunge their country. “Operation Merlin” consisted in sending to Iran false information about the manufacture of the bomb. In reality, it was supposed to push Iran to engage in a military nuclear program to justify a posteriori the Israeli accusation [3]. As for “Operation Olympic Games,” it was meant to implant the Stuxnet and Flame viruses in the Natanz plant, to disrupt its operation, notably that of its centrifuges [4]. It was therefore intended to block Iran’s civilian nuclear program. None of these revelations damaged U.S. interests, but they hindered Israeli ambitions.


Resistance heroes

A salon opposition presents the men indicted under the Espionage Act as “whistleblowers“, as if the United States today were a real democracy and they were alerting citizens to the need to correct some errors. In fact, what they show us is that in the United States, from a common soldier (Bradley Manning) to the second in command (General Cartwright), men are trying as best they can to fight against a dictatorial system in which they discover themselves to be a cog. Faced with a monstrous system, they ought to be celebrated as major resistance figures such as Admiral Canaris or Count Stauffenberg.

Flatland: Understanding Multiple Dimensions From Our Third Dimensional Perspective

Humanities understanding about the nature of our reality seems to be increasing exponentially. 

For quite a while now, we’ve been contemplating the anomalies within consciousness, quantum physics and more that are helping to further our understanding about our world and worlds beyond our world. The search for Earth like planets and life beyond our planet has been going on for quite some time now. With the concept of intelligent extraterrestrial life on the minds of many, more concepts within science come into play. Now, we are contemplating the existence of multiple universes, as well as multiple dimensions of reality. We are not only on the verge of confirming intelligent extraterrestrial life and extraterrestrial worlds, we could be on the verge of confirming  extra-dimensional worlds, and extra dimensional life, if we haven’t already.

Flatland is a novel written by Edwin Abbot in 1884. It is the story about a two-dimensional world referred to as Flatland which is occupied by geometric figures. One day this world is visited by a three dimensional object (a sphere) to introduce the idea of a third dimension to a square, in hopes of educating the inhabitants of Flatland (the square) of the third dimensional reality. After the two dimensional beings are open to the idea of new dimensions, the sphere tries to convince them of the existence of a fourth, fifth and sixth dimension. The two dimensional objects are offended, and filled with fear. Incapable of comprehending other dimensions, they are returned to the comfort of their known Flatland.

As you can see in the 2nd dimensional world, there is only left, right, forward and backwards, but no up and down. Two dimensional objects would be flat, and would have no concept of three dimensional objects like a sphere. If a third dimensional being were to enter into flatland (2nd dimension), its true shape would not appear, only a small portion of it, a cross section of it, a misrepresentation of the real shape. Similarly, we exist as third dimensional beings, and would not be able to perceive what a fourth dimensional being would look like. This would mean that if a being from the 4th dimension did appear, its true shape from that dimension would most likely be misrepresented. As doctor quantum illustrates,if life in higher dimensions exists, they can see things in a way that we can’t yet. They have access to a much different perspective than we do, and could easily manipulate, play around with our reality  until we became aware of it. In our case, 4th dimensional beings would be able to see things in a way that we can’t yet.

If we see only what we know, how does anyone ever see anything new? The unknown…how do we ever get out of our box? – Dr Quantum

Suppose a visiter from the 4th dimension decided to come down into our 3rd dimensional world, and spoke. We would only hear the voice, unable to see the being. Just like in the video above, the little flat circle could not see a physical depiction of the voice she heard from the third dimension. This is because that flat circle was limited to the 2nd dimensional perception of reality. There was no up. there was no down. Unless the being decided to make its presence known, it would not be perceived.  So what about the 4th dimension? As you saw with Dr Quantum and flatland, second dimensional objects were stuck in a specific space of reality, just like we are currently limited to our 3rd dimensional concept of reality.

In flat land, it can be said that the reality which existed in that space was simply a square, not a cube, but a second dimensional  flat square. A square would be taken from a line segment, and moved at right angles to itself at equal length to form its shape. If we take that square and move it at an equal length at right angles to itself, we get a cube! To make it easier, simply imagine a cube that you would hold in your hand, that would be a 3 dimensional object. A second dimensional flat square could only go left, right, back and forth, it would lay flat in your hand. A cube would be able to go up down, left right, back and forth. Beings that live in the 3rd dimensional space of lets say a cube, would be ‘above’ the second dimensional flat square below it, just like you see in the picture to the right.

So what about a 4th dimensional cube?  On left is a depiction of a Tessaract. It’s the fourth dimensional analog or ‘shadow’ of a cube. Since we are limited to 3rd dimensional perspective, we cannot actually perceive the real thing.  Imagine beings in the flat square at the bottom of the cube (2nd dimension). Now imagine beings within the cube above that flat square (3rd dimension). Now imagine beings within the Tessaract attached to the 3rd dimensional cube! They would be able to see inside both the 3rd and second dimensions.

These are very interesting concepts of reality. How can we ever perceive the dimensions above us? If we are in the third dimension, how would we have any concept of the 4th, 5th, or 6th dimensions? As doctor quantum says, how do we ever get out of our box? The answer might lie within the realms of consciousness. Where does our current understanding of reality come from? Maybe the key is to become aware of something in order to unlock the doors to experiencing it. As we’ve moved through different stages of human history, new findings about the true nature of reality have become apparent. We knew the Earth was flat, we know the Earth is round, are we on the brink of another paradigm shift? Throughout all stages of human history, intellectual authorities have have suppressed scientific  discoveries that did not fit the current understanding of reality, have things really changed? Maybe multiple dimensions are already known about, and maybe we already have access to them in the black budget world?

We have the technology to take ET home. We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects that it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. With the recent UFO/extraterrestrial disclosure over the past few years, concepts such as this are at the forefront of humanities concern. Maybe if we collectively come together, and realize that we are nothing but infinite potentiality and loose the definitions and limitations we’ve placed upon ourselves, we will be able to expand our understanding about the nature of our reality and create something better for ourselves. Maybe we can shift ourselves from a 3rd dimensional level of consciousness to a 4th or 5th dimensional level of consciousness?  In order to further our understanding, we must come together and change the way we operate here on planet Earth. Our current reality is not resonating with many, we are out of sync with nature and many do not resonate with the repetitive robotic like lifestyle we have been programmed to follow, while the planet and those that reside upon it continue to suffer unnecessarily. You’ve felt it your entire life, something here needs to change.

Brain Researchers Find a Link Between Sound and Fear

Those who have been through combat know that post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can be triggered by sounds as benign as thunder, taking them back to experiences on the battlefield that would rather be forgotten. 

The same is true of others who have been through trauma – deep emotions can be set off by sounds that are non-traumatic in their essence, but result in feelings of great fear or anxiety. Until now, scientists didn’t know what caused this in the brain.

A team of researchers at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania has discovered how sound can be translated in the brain and distorted to dredge up fearful emotions. The senior author of the study, which was published in Nature Neuroscience, Maria N. Geffen, PhD, states: “Emotions are closely linked to perception and very often our emotional response really helps us deal with reality.”  This also means that emotions can alter our experience of reality. She goes on to say:

“ . . .the fear response helps you escape potentially dangerous situations and react quickly. But there are also situations where things can go wrong in the way the fear response develops. That’s what happens in anxiety and also in PTSD — the emotional response to the events is generalized to the point where the fear response starts getting developed to a very broad range of stimuli.”


To break down what happens in the brain, what we hear is attached to our emotions through the auditory cortex, a part of the brain that mitigates auditory plasticity. Utilizing mice to investigate how hearing different frequencies were linked to emotional learning, or Pavlovian conditioning, scientists observed what happened in this particular area of the brain. The mice were observed to see how certain sounds would cause them to have a particular emotional response when repeatedly exposed to a sound that was either ‘safe’ or ‘potentially dangerous.’ The scientists in charge of the study, Mark Aizenberg, PhD and Geffen, designed a series of tasks meant to teach increasing levels of emotional discrimination.

What became interesting while observing the rats as they responded to the scientists’ experiments was how their emotional perception affected their ability to hear properly. A direct link was established through this observation, to the connection of sound and perception of the world. This has not been previously documented in other studies.

Geffen explains:

“The animals presented with sounds that were very far apart generalize the fear that they developed to the danger tone over a whole range of frequencies, whereas the animals presented with the two sounds that were very similar exhibited specialization of their emotional response. Following the fine conditioning task, they figured out that it’s a very narrow range of pitches that are potentially dangerous.”

She continues:

“There was a relationship between how much their emotional response generalized and how well they could tell different tones apart,” says Geffen. “In the animals that specialized their emotional response, pitch discrimination actually became sharper. They could discriminate two tones that they previously could not tell apart.”

All of this was mediated by the auditory cortex. While the specific of emotional learning originate in the amygdala, and sub-cortical areas of the brain, Geffen explained how their hypothesis is that amygdala and cortex alter “subcortical auditory processing areas”. She said that the sensory cortex, while responsible for the changes in frequency discrimination, is not necessary for the development of emotional responses. This is a puzzle.


Studies will now be aimed at understanding exactly how the emotional learning takes places in victims of PTSD, where generalized fear is the norm. Once the link between auditory plasticity and generalization of fear is understood more fully, it might be possible to retrain the brain to be more fearless with a different set of sounds, or new emotional programming.

How to Survive a Disaster

Survivalism expert Jim Rawles discussed what we can do to prepare for disasters and catastrophes, particularly in the case of the power grid being knocked out.

The greatest threat we face is from socioeconomic collapse, which could be triggered by mass inflation, leading to the dollar becoming worthless, he said. While the US has had local and regional disasters, we've never had a national event, such as an EMP attack or huge solar storm that would take down the entire grid. People need to be prepared and learn self-sufficiency in the event of such an outcome, he advised, adding that if there's severe damage to the power grid it could take years to restore service.

One of the most important things for preparation is a water filtration system-- "If you don't have water within 24 hours, you're going to be a refugee," he said. People in northern climates also have to consider heating issues, such as having a working fireplace and expedition-quality sleeping bags. He recommended that people have up to a three-year supply of food-- one year for themselves, and the rest to give to charity. Interestingly, he also suggested stockpiling nickels. In contrast to other current coins, the 5 cent pieces are made from copper and nickel, and may at some point in the future have some utility for barter, he said.

Low cost training options (such as through the Red Cross) can put you and your family ahead in your chance for survival, as well as joining local volunteer Fire Departments or ham radio clubs, where you can learn about the community and make important contacts, he continued. Rawles also suggested making a 'List of Lists': separate sheets of paper with various headings such as Food, Medicine, Self-Defense, and Communication; each page would have a list of topics they need to address for self-sufficiency.

Newly Released NSA slides Explain Mechanics of US Surveillance

In the latest revelations of the NSA leaks scandal, new slides have emerged thoroughly explaining the targeting process of the US government top-secret PRISM program deployed to spy on communication data of targets operating abroad.

The screenshots [click to enlarge] published by the Washington Post, detail how PRISM tasks are issued by analysts and describes the approval process of an individual requests. To begin with, an NSA analyst "tasks" PRISM to gather information about a surveillance target.  The system then temporarily freezes that request and automatically ask for an approval from a supervisor.  If the superior decides that the request possesses a "reasonable belief" of perceived threat, then PRISM goes to work.

In the surveillance process, NSA often obtains its live data from the FBI that retrieves matching information, using government equipment from companies such as Google, Microsoft and Yahoo.

With the participation of those companies, PRISM – and therefore Washington intelligence workers – "incidentally" have access to the bulk of Americans’ email, video and voice chat, videos, photos, voice-over-IP (Skype) chats, file transfers and social networking details.

For stored data, the FBI deploys its own databases that review the selects request, before it is forwarded to the NSA.

 

The information is then analyzed and processed by a system that can interpret voice, text, video and "digital network information.”

The FBI interceptions from private firms are also being channeled to more "customers" at the NSA, CIA or FBI. Each target is then assigned a PRISM case notation which reflects the availability of real-time surveillance as well as stored data.

 Depending on the access to private firm’s information, the NSA begins to monitor  live notifications of the target’s mobile logs. On the April 5 slide some 117,675 users were targeted in PRISM database.

Saturday’s revelations expand the slides that were revealed earlier in June, revealing the existence of the PRISM program, which mines data from the nine leading US Internet companies. Earlier information also revealed the world’s electronic communications flow and Washington’s control over providers.

The NSA venture does not require individual warrants. It is also court approved and is administered through federal judges who rule on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Spy agencies win millions more to fight terror threat

Britain's intelligence agencies will emerge as the biggest winners from the Government’s review of public spending, The Telegraph can disclose.

MI6, MI5 and Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) will see an inflation-busting increase in their combined £1.9 billion budget, underlining the Government’s concern over the growing terrorist threat following the Woolwich attack.
Police spending on counter-terrorism will also be protected and will rise in line with inflation.
The percentage increase in the budgets of the intelligence agencies – at more than three per cent in addition to inflation – will be the largest of any item of government spending including the NHS, schools and international development.

It will lead to the agencies receiving about another £100 million in funding annually from 2015.
Local councils are also expected to emerge as winners with increased funding for elderly social care. Money from the ring-fenced NHS budget is expected to be diverted to help fund care homes and home visits for frail pensioners.

George Osborne will on Wednesday unveil the Government’s spending plans for the 2015-16 financial year following months of Whitehall wrangling.
The Spending Review, which will cut a further £11.5 billion in public expenditure, is regarded as especially sensitive as the cuts will be implemented just weeks before the next general election.
The biggest losers will include the Business department, the Culture department, the Home Office and the Justice department, which are expected to each lose about eight per cent from their budgets.
The Ministry of Defence will see its budget cut by about £1 billion, although this will not involve further reductions in front-line troops.

Mr Osborne is also expected to set out plans for long-term caps on welfare spending and other areas of government expenditure which are not tightly controlled.
The Chancellor will detail proposals to divert the money saved from Whitehall spending to fund long-term infrastructure projects such as widening major roads.
He is expected to say: “Britain is moving from rescue to recovery. But while the British economy is leaving intensive care, now we need to secure that recovery.
“We’re saving money on welfare and waste to invest in the roads and railways, schooling and science our economy needs to succeed in the future.”

The intelligence agencies have recently faced criticism that they are struggling to deal with emerging threats, amid suggestions that MI5 and MI6 could have done more to prevent the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich. One of the suspects had attempted to travel to Somalia and both were known to the intelligence services.

GCHQ’s activities have also come under scrutiny following accusations that it may be abusing its power in secretive projects with the United States to monitor internet traffic.
The Chancellor is understood to have contacted the heads of the three agencies last Friday to inform them of their spending increases. MI5, MI6 and GCHQ have seen their budgets fall in real terms by more than 10 per cent since 2010 and there were fears that they would face a further round of cuts.

A Whitehall source said: “This has been one of George’s personal priorities. It is vitally important we look after these budgets and they were settled last week with agreement at the very highest level.”

Mr Osborne and the Prime Minister are understood to believe the agencies need more resources to tackle the growing terrorist threat from sub-Saharan Africa and Syria, and the rising problem posed by cyber terrorism.
In the wake of the GCHQ snooping row, William Hague, the Foreign Secretary, praised the agencies’ work and cooperation with US counterparts.

Speaking in America, he said “we should have nothing but pride” in the “intelligence-sharing relationship between Britain and the United States”. He added that both countries’ intelligence work operated “under the rule of law” and “only exists to protect” people’s freedoms.
Mr Osborne confirmed on Tuesday that the NHS and schools budgets would continue to rise.
Money is also expected to be diverted from the health budget to local authorities to fund social care. Norman Lamb, a health minister, recently warned of an impending crisis in social care as councils struggled to fund enough places for ailing pensioners.

Last week, council leaders warned Mr Osborne that street lights may have to be switched off and libraries closed unless NHS funding was diverted to help pay for elderly care.
They said the amount of money spent on social care has been cut by a fifth in less than three years and they were preparing to reduce budgets further.
Mr Osborne agreed for £2 billion to be transferred from the NHS to the social care sector in his previous Spending Review, but councils said much of the money has gone on propping up the system because of the ageing population.

Ministers are also expected to set out the entitlement criteria for state help. The Government has pledged to cap the maximum bill that anyone faces for social care at £72,000 from 2016, and the details of how this will work are to be announced this week.

Earl Howe, a health minister, was asked about the growing problem in social care, with hospitals often forced not to discharge elderly patients who are infirm but not ill because they have nowhere to go. He said there would be “more news” about increased funding for social care on Wednesday and sources confirmed that the social care budget would rise after several years of cuts.

Danny Alexander, the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, also hinted that the Government may speed up the introduction of its community budgets programme, which is designed to make public sector services share operations.
He urged MPs to “listen carefully” to the Chancellor’s statement for more news after being asked about the programme’s national implementation.

But if you want some protection form the sun’s UV rays, don’t always reach for toxic sunscreens. Instead, pack some extra virgin coconut oil along with your beach towel and umbrella.

That’s right, the same extra virgin coconut oil found in your kitchen pantry will do the trick to protect your skin – minus the toxicity from health-compromising ingredients. Coconut oil has been used as an effective sunscreen for thousands of years by indigenous, pacific islanders. Why slather toxic chemicals on your body when you can use non toxic coconut oil instead?

There are two types of UV (ultraviolet) rays from the sun: UVA and UVB. UVA rays are primarily responsible for skin damage from excessive sun exposure that can lead to cancer and skin aging. However, although UVB rays can also cause damage and sunburn, they are necessary for your body to produce its own cancer protective vitamin D via the skin.

Sunlight is by far the optimal way to produce your vitamin D. Blocking UVB rays may inadvertently be increasing your cancer risk by blocking vitamin D absorption. Plus, sunscreen causes cancer through carcinogenic ingredients.


Avoid Toxic Sunscreens

According to the Environmental Working Group (EWG) approximately 75% of commercial sunscreens contain toxic chemicals that are linked to cancer and disrupt hormones.

Store bought sunscreens typically contain:

Retinyl palmitate, a known skin cancer hazard.
Oxybenzone, which disrupts hormones leading to cell damage and cancer.
Zinc and titanium nanoparticles are in colorless sun screen lotions.
Those and other chemicals rubbed on your skin are readily absorbed into your bloodstream and can be just as unhealthy and toxic as an oral dose.


The Sun Protection Factor (SPF) Hoax

An excerpt  from a 2012 CNN article about sunscreens:

“The EWG said consumers should not purchase sunscreens with SPF greater than 50. SPF (sun protection factor) works by absorbing, reflecting or scattering the sun’s rays on the skin. It is very misleading to put high SPF numbers on labels because it gives consumers a false sense of security and doesn't offer a lot more protection.”

While SPF 85 may sound like a lot more protection than SPF 30, the higher the number doesn't always offer a higher return. Studies show that sunscreen with SPF 15 can block about 93% of all incoming UVB rays. SPF 30 blocks 97%. SPF 50 blocks 98%. The protective factors plateau from there.

“A product with SPF 100+ blocks about 99.1 percent of the UVB rays. You don’t really need a high number. They end up being expensive and don’t offer more protection than SPF 50. Keep in mind, SPF protects only against UVB rays.”

Coconut oil has an SPF of 10 which means 90% of beneficial vitamin D creating UBV rays are blocked. How many people know that SPF ratings do not indicate any protection from the highly damaging UVA rays?

Yet, the American Cancer Society advises to apply a generous amount of of toxic commercial sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure and minimally every two hours thereafter, reapplying after being in the water, sweating, and towel drying.



Choose Coconut Oil for Sunscreen Instead
  
Daily exposure to the sun is essential to your overall health; it’s the overexposure that could cause some issues. Sunshine exposure is the best way for your body to create health protecting vitamin D. To protect against sunburn, use a non-toxic sunscreen like coconut oil or opt for a low-risk, safe sunscreen that doesn’t contain health-compromising ingredients.

Bruce Fife, ND, author of Coconut Cures: Preventing and Treating Common Health Problems with Coconut Oil, explains that coconut oil applied on the skin protects against sunburn and cancer. Unlike sunscreen, unprocessed coconut oil doesn’t completely block the UVB rays that are necessary for vitamin D synthesis. It protects the skin and underlying tissues from damage excessive exposure can cause. Instead of burning or turning red, it produces a light tan, depending on the length of time you spend in the sun.

Fife asserts that “Consuming coconut oil also strengthens the skin and makes it more resilient and less prone to sunburn.” He warns against using hydrolyzed or processed oil. Just make sure the coconut oil is pure and not processed.

Time is running out

As detailed by well known Erwin W. Lutzer in his book When a Nation Forgets God, an unidentified Christian pastor shared a story with him of someone living in Germany during the Nazi takeover. 

The person sharing the story was a churchgoing Christian and a member of a small church located adjacent to railroad tracks. Every Sunday morning, according to this eyewitness, the congregation could hear the whistle of the train in the distance, the noise of the wheels over the tracks, and as the train passed, the cries coming from inside the train. The cries were those of the Jews being transported to concentration camps, a process that occurred with regularity each Sunday morning during their worship service.

According to this eyewitness, week after week the whistle would blow and the church members dreaded the sounds they heard. The screams tormented them. So, what did they do? As the train approached and in anticipation of the screams from the Jews, herded like cattle into the train cars, they Christians sang louder to drown out the screams. Soon, they head them no more.

The eyewitness ended his account by describing the torment of hearing the train whistle in his sleep, and pleaded for forgiveness for not only himself, but for all of those who called themselves Christians but did nothing to intervene.

Regardless of your faith or station in life, chances are great that you are exactly like that eyewitness, and equally, if not more accountable for the actions of our government today. What is coming is going to be far worse than the world has ever seen, and is going to blindside many. Don’t be one of them.


World War III is looming like the train whistle in the distance

A global war of unimaginable atrocities is being planned as I write this. It has been in the works for some time, yet few will want to read what I have written. Rather, most will instead choose to “sing louder” to drown out the screams of innocents, except this time, the screams will be too loud, too frequent, and too many.

The United States of America has been overtaken from within by a group of heartless and soulless individuals with designs on reshaping the world into a state of global governance. They are members of both political parties, and part of their plans include reshaping the Middle East at any cost, including the inevitable and incalculable cost of human life. Currently at the helm is Barack Hussein Obama, although his way was paved by the majority of his predecessors and elected officials of both parties.

He was purposely selected as the man for the job to insure that the inappropriately celebrated Arab Spring that swept North Africa and the Middle East was conducted as planned. It was a staged and orchestrated event by the globalists and those in power in the U.S. and elsewhere. Using your tax dollars and in your name, the United States has been providing funding and operational support to the groups toppling governments in favor of radical Islamic control. Such control is nothing but a necessary means to an end. While many correctly decry the brutality of Islam, few realize that is a tool of the globalists. They are not thinking big enough. The lie is bigger than you have been told.

As I have previously written, a window of understanding, or a glimpse into this agenda, exists in the murderous events that took place in Benghazi on September 11, 2012. Full disclosure into this event would reveal a criminal enterprise so vast and staggering that it would eclipse anything we’ve ever seen. Benghazi was not about any film, protest, or even a kidnapping operation. It was about weapons smuggling to Syria to assist Islamic terrorists to topple Assad, install a Muslim Brotherhood backed regime, causing further regional destabilization leading to a massive global war. Full disclosure would reveal that the United States, through the approval of members of both political parties we elected and acting in our name, are siding with associates having direct ties to al Qaeda and other Islamic groups. The truth is sickening, revolting and shocking.


The face of what is to come

There are those who doubt this agenda, instead opting to believe that we are seeing inevitable sectarian violence that existed in that part of the world for centuries. While the matter of sectarian violence is indeed a factor, the U.S. has been funding, training, and equipping the anti-Assad terrorists for their own purposes, using our tax dollars and acting in our name. Again, this is the reason no elected official wants to open an unbiased investigation into Benghazi, for it will reveal the extent of our complicity, and the blood on their hands.

For anyone doubting what is on the immediate horizon, I would like to direct your attention to a picture I first saw published on the website Before it’s News last week. The picture accompanies a graphic video and tells the story of an innocent, crying and distraught four-year-old girl chained to a fence by the anti-Assad Islamic terrorists – the very group the United States is funding. Perhaps you’ve seen it. She was chained to the fence and forced to watch the decapitation ad dismemberment of her parents, whose crime was being members of the Shia sect.

These are the people our elected leaders, our State Department, and our CIA at the direction of Barack Hussein Obama are helping. These are the people who claim to be on the side of righteousness, by exacerbating the violence under the pretext of fighting oppression. Worse, they are engaging in these evil and unspeakable acts in our name and with our tax dollars.

At the same time, there is an active plan to fully destroy our economy by killing our national currency, thus disabling us domestically. This is being done not only to stop any meaningful opposition to a global system of governance though our financial enslavement, but to insure that our future generations are beholden to a global financial power as well.

Concurrently and as part of the larger picture, we have allowed the moral fabric of our nation become ripped by last week’s Supreme Court decisions on homosexual unions. As I detailed in my article on this site, all is not what it seems with regard to this agenda. It is a work in progress to further destroy this country from within.


The coming destruction

It is said a picture is worth a thousand words. I believe the picture that accompanies this article is worth a bucket of tears. It represents the evil that comes this way. As uncomfortable as it will make you feel, I urge you to look at the picture of the little girl and understand that by our silence, we are complicit in the most evil agenda of modern times. A multi-faceted agenda that is being accomplished by your individual and our collective silence, which amounts to tacit approval of the evil that is being done in our name. But by the grace of God, that could be your little girl. If more people fail to awaken, it very well could be.

We must not chose to cover the screams by merely singing louder, but by making a choice. Are we going to allow this evil to progress unabated, or are we going to take a stand? Time is running out as World War III looms on the horizon.

Our Spirit Speaks The Loudest

I know from experience that our confident, loving attitude and spirit is what generates change and revelation. It happens continually but we can rarely see it with our physical eyes.

There’s a level where confident knowing and conviction, however they’re expressed or manifested, speak straight to and enrapture the soul.

Somewhere in the human psyche, spirit, soul, consciousness, we recognize true loving honesty, seemingly divine authority and true knowledge. It is more often than not dismissed in the matrix of course, ridiculed or seemingly ignored – on the surface.

I am convinced this is not what is truly happening at the important level of heart language.

It is being clearly received and having the desired effect at a very profound level.

We need to know this is happening and take heart that what we’re doing and have become in our evolution toward Truth is having a much more real and profound effect than any of us can fully realize. And to be deeply encouraged and emboldened to keep on simply manifesting the fullness of the real shift that is you and me.

Our profoundly changed lives.


Language Is Inadequate

Language is generally a very crude method of communication. Think of making love – the talking is the foreplay. The real communication is way beyond words. Granted, the preliminary language has its place, but is kept in place in loving conscious awareness.

Language is essentially just what it sounds like – grunts and chopped up sounds that we’ve been handed down through generations of societal programming to crudely try to convey deep emotions, spiritual experiences and often complicated concepts. While it appears to have grown somewhat sophisticated to accommodate ongoing technological and societal manipulated changes, in reality it’s been massively dumbed down over time and become almost  obsolete as far as real heart to heart honest communication.

Humanity has endeavored to utilize it effectively but when you become consciously awake and aware you clearly see how limiting it is.

Our communication medium has been altered over the centuries, and hence seriously hindered, reduced and hobbled as per their overarching program to control and squelch the human awakening experience and its subsequent empowerment. Compared to true conscious, spiritual reality, language today is basically designed to be a hindrance. A blockage.

I wrote a little about this in The Manipulated Matrix of Language and Transcending Language and the Leap of Faith. These articles just touch on this vast subject from a couple of angles but it’s important to understand the medium in which we communicate in this carefully engineered world and to try to understand its limitations, designed or otherwise.

And to find and express the True language.


Our Conscious Antenna Array

We are receivers and broadcasters of many messages. At the 3D physical and societal level we have an appearance we attempt to prop up and perform tasks for, we manifest actions, all according to an injected personality that somehow comes at us. We seem to be this variety of species operating at the behest of several influences.

Hopefully, at some point, this organic, human antenna array eventually wakes up and becomes self aware, and incredibly powerful. Much like the AI meme where artificial intelligence becomes self aware and autonomous in some future, screwed up dystopian world. (Total con and psyop programming…blame the machines while dirtbags operate the control levers..but I digress…)

However, this awakened psycho-spiritual array is extremely powerful and wants to alert and empower others who have this same capability to join in on this re-creative force for liberation and good, knowing others are not aware this dynamic exists within them but can instantaneously change their environment by activating it.


End Result – Infinite Liberation One Soul At A Time

The central capability of this powerful, individual antenna is inherent, continuous communication with this honest signal of Truth. When activated it is broadcasting continuously and creating havoc in the sub stations of the matrix, within and outside this machine like control grid.  All hell breaks loose, or should I say heaven, as the other unactivated antenna arrays activate and tune into and broadcast this empowering signal.

Mission accomplished. Activating activates others at a foundational, vibrational level. Done deal.

No wonder they want to shut us down before we find this innate power.


Language of the Heart

One of the capabilities of this powerful, individual antenna we inhabit  is communication. It strives to do so but the lines are often blocked or old or interfered with. Symbolically today, people are looking for the future secure “internet”, the safe haven of connectivity, the unstoppable connection with the uncrackable code.

How prescient – All this we’re talking about is all about dimensions and frequencies. And Truth.

The unloving and destructive power mongers can’t access the truly “sacred”, as hard as they try. That’s what their secretive mystery schools and rituals are all about. Crude,destructive, abusive and parasitic technologies to imitate the divine they can’t conceive of or attain. The halls of Truth, the world of love and kindness, are a world they know not of, nor will they.

They know about it and treat it with condescending disdain, as if we’re so blind as to think the way we do while they jealously rage against it. Yet they attempt to imitate and even supersede this wondrous reality given by a loving source.

These psycho-spiritual subhuman psychopaths consciously and subconsciously know what we represent, yet they cannot experience our realm or fully understand what they’re up against. And they viciously hate us for it. Clever little power mad bastards, to screw with perceived reality as they do. Trust me, they suffer more than anyone else in their insatiable greed and lust for blood and crushing suffering of humanity.


Stand Up and Manifest with Confident Conscious Awareness

Their blockages on humanity are so mundane, profane and crude, but we should remember they must serve a purpose in the grand scheme of things or they wouldn’t manifest. Crude, duped tools that they are they must be here for a reason of some sort.

Good thing to remember as you traverse the Universe. It’s all part of the route.

But don’t take their bullshit for granted. Fight ‘em tooth and tong with your shining knowledge and awareness with all that’s in you. THAT’S part of the plan as well. You just have to choose to enter the fray.

We who are awake have been afforded a communication system that runs on true knowledge, awareness, trust and complete fearlessness at the core of our beings, whether we falter occasionally or not. Waves of courage are the combined effect, but even that is an insufficient explanation.

We need to manifest this realized aspect with everything within us. Shed what you will and maybe even won’t, this is our intended purpose at this time, to be free to move about consciously, animated by Truth and Love.

Your words are salvos of Truth, your actions are giants of justice loosed in the land, your intentions are lasers causing a firestorm of rapidly spreading reality.

Never shirk, never doubt, never fear.

The stance of your Infinite Spirit is the Declaration of Love.

Do it with complete confidence everywhere you go. Relax spiritually into this deep conviction. Don’t bother with the surface reaction of those around you, the underlying spiritual Truth is happening all about you.

French President Hollande Gives Obama An Ultimatum

French President Francois Hollande told the United States on Monday to immediately cease spying on European institutions, after reports of covert US surveillance of EU diplomatic missions.

"We cannot accept this kind of behaviour between partners and allies," Hollande told journalists during a visit to the western city of Lorient. "We ask that this immediately stop."

Hollande said "enough elements have already been gathered for us to ask for explanations" from Washington about the spying allegations.

"There can be no negotiations or transactions in all areas until we have obtained these guarantees, for France but also for all of the European Union, for all partners of the United States," Hollande told journalists.

It was an apparent reference to sensitive trade talks which are set to start between the US and the EU on creating the world's largest free trade zone.

"We know well that there are systems that have to be checked, especially to fight terrorism, but I don't think that it is in our embassies or in the European Union that this threat exists," he said.

French Minister of Foreign Trade Nicole Bricq said the upcoming talks on the new trade zone, due to begin next week, could be jeopardised.

"This is a topic that could affect relations between Europe and the United States," she told AFP.

"We must absolutely re-establish confidence... it will be difficult to conduct these extremely important negotiations," she said.

Hollande said he had asked Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius to get in touch with US Secretary of State John Kerry immediately "to get all the explanations and all the information."

German news weekly Der Spiegel reported that the US National Security Agency (NSA) carried out covert surveillance on EU diplomatic missions, basing its report on confidential documents, some of which it had been able to consult via fugitive US leaker Edward Snowden.

The European Union, Paris and Berlin have angrily demanded answers over the allegations.

Wikileaks Cables Confirm Existence of Extraterrestrial Life

We’re already halfway through 2013 and the world continues to wake up to the fact that we are not alone in the universe.

 This year alone we’ve seen a tremendous step forward regarding UFO disclosure.  In early May, researchers, activists, political leaders and high ranking military/agency personnel from around the world testified to the reality of the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon in front of several former United States members of congress. Prior to the recent hearing on UFOs and extraterrestrial life, we’ve had explosive statements made by NASA astronauts and professors, you can watch some of those statements here and here. Not only has the world heard from all of these credible people, its also been privy to official documentation released by dozens of governments worldwide that outline the reality of the UFO phenomenon. Documents indicate that UFOs are of concern to governments, and they put a significant amount of  time, effort and resources into studying them. Apart from governments, agencies like the National Security Agency also released official files regarding UFOs, you can view some of these previously classified documents here.

It’s now a fact that UFOs are tracked on radar, performing maneuvers that defy our idea of physics. Jets are constantly scrambled to take a closer look at them. This is no longer a conspiracy theory, it’s a fact. Release of files began early in 2007 with the UK, among others. The UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon is extremely top secret, access to this type of documentation and the deeper truth behind it is almost impossible. CIA directors, presidents and other high ranking officials barely have any access to these programs. That being said, all of the information that’s already out in the public domain is overwhelming. It makes you wonder how far down the rabbit hole this topic goes.

As most of the world today already knows, Wikileaks is an international, online, non-profit organization that publishes secret information, news leaks, and classified material from anonymous sources. They’ve been a tremendous threat to the controlling elite for a number of years, and have gained the attention of major mainstream media outlets worldwide. For the most part, these mainstream media outlets have bashed Assange, pointing to the idea that the release of classified documents is a threat to national security. That’s not true, it’s more like a threat to the truth that the elite try to cover up on a daily basis that would threaten their ability to control the human race.

Since a large amount of official documentation has already been released, documents from the Wikileaks cables shouldn’t come as a big surprise. Assange has already mentioned that there are yet to be published cables that make reference to UFOs. On January 13 Ambassador called on Dushanbe Mayor and Chairman of the upper house of Parliament Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloev at his parliamentary office. The Mayor began the meeting with a lengthy discourse on Afghanistan, thanking the United States for its contributions and sacrifices there, and saying that U.S. activities there were very important “as we enter the third millennium and the 21st century.” Ubaidulloev thought the main task there was to build a sense of national identity among ethnically disparate groups, and said the United States was an example for this. He noted that “war is very dangerous”, and said “we know there is life on other planets, but we must make peace here first."

In a platitude-ridden meeting, Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloev said upcoming elections would be free and fair, that contributions to the Roghun Dam were voluntary, and that the losses suffered by the United States in Afghanistan were felt by Tajiks as their own. Ubaidulloev asked for help in getting Tajik students admitted to Harvard University, but effectively declined to help find a new location for an American Corner in Dushanbe. He asserted the existence of life on other planets, caveating this by noting that we should focus on solving our problems on Earth. End Summary.

Not only do these cables raise an eyebrow, but a statement given by Julian Assange himself raises the need for further inquiry. The audio on the video is delayed. What points to this interview being real? For one, if you can read lips it’s not hard to follow. Secondly, it sounds exactly like Julian. Thirdly, multiple mainstream media outlets (Telegraph, CBS news and more) published the original version of the video which was taken down immediately. One of the mainstream media outlets was Forbes, you can view that poorly written article here in which you will see access to the video has been cut off. Articles written by major media outlets are usually very poor, and do their best to ridicule the subject of UFOs.  The original version had perfect audio, the same sound and was in the same setting.

"I have said in passing there is information about UFOs in Cablegate. And that is true, but these are only small passing references. Most of the material concerns UFO cults, and their behaviour in recruiting people. For instance, there is quite a large cable, which we’ll try and release in the next few days, concerning the Raelians, a UFO cult which has a strong presence in Canada and was of concern to the U.S. ambassador in Canada" – Julian Assange

It’s not surprising that that the U.S. ambassador in Canada was concerned with this group. High level agencies are also concerned with abductees and ET contactees. Their mail is stamped in a special way, they are constantly surveyed by army intelligence, phone tapping and are also confronted by ‘men in black’ (intelligence officers). Agencies that are active in the UFO phenomenon keep close tabs on UFO/extraterrestrial activity outside of their sphere of influence. That being said, again, it’s no surprise that the U.S. ambassador had an interest in this ‘UFO cult.’ Anything extraterrestrial would be a concern to the elite, as they are the ones active in the cover up.

We are living in an extremely unique time, our world has become much more transparent than ever before. One aspect of multiple realizations is the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon, but it seems to branch into every aspect of our reality depending on how far down the rabbit hole you want to go. Our perception of life on other planets largely comes from external sources like television programming. As a result, many are filled with fear when giving thought to this subject. Hopefully as we move through the shift in consciousness the planet is currently experiencing, fear will dissipate as it will no longer serve the human race. This is undoubtedly one of the largest realizations in human history. The only thing that goes beyond it, in my opinion, is the realization of humanities infinite potential to create a new experience from a place of peace, love, co-operation and understanding.

There is nothing to be afraid of.
